摘　　要：检修工艺设备状态好坏能够直接影响到动车组和地铁的运营,目前轨道交通行业缺少对工艺设备进行集中管理的系统。本文采用先进的物联网技术,融合设备日常管理的各项功能,设计了一套设备远程监控系统,适应多种类设备软硬件接口,对轨道交通行业设备管理模式进行了较大的提升,能够提高设备故障处理速度,减少设备故障对车辆检修业务的影响。The state of maintenance equipment is critical to the operation of EMUs and metro.At present,the railway transportation industry is short of a system to manage the maintenance equipment intensively.A equipment remote monitoring system is designed using advanced Things of Internet technologies and integrating various functions of daily management of equipment,which can adapt to multiple interfaces.This system improved the management mode of railway transportation industry and is able to improve the fault handling speed and reduce the impact of equipment fault on vehicle maintenance.
