新时期高校突发事件衍生负面舆情治理困境及应对机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校突发事件频发,其衍生出的负面舆情若处理不当,便会成为影响高校发展的掣肘和高校治理的痛点难点。在透视高校负面舆情生成逻辑和外显特征的基础上,从突发事件处理“全程化”、负面舆情应对“专业化”、高校治理舆情“易燃点”三个视角来全面探讨高校突发事件负面舆情发酵所引发的治理困境,进而对高校负面舆情的发展阶段和传播规律进行分析,提出建立健全新时期高校负面舆情科学应对机制。In recent years,emergencies in colleges and universities occur frequently.If the negative public opinion derived from them is not handled properly,it will become a constraint affecting the development of colleges and universities and a pain point and difficulty in the governance of colleges and universities.Based on examining the generation logic and explicit characteristics of negative public opinion in colleges and universities,this paper comprehensively discusses the governance dilemma caused by the fermentation of negative public opinion in colleges and universities from three perspectives:the"whole process"of emergency handling,the"specialization"of negative public opinion response,and the"flammability"of public opinion in colleges and universities,and then analyzes the development stage and propagation law of negative public opinion in colleges and universities,proposing to establish and improve the scientific response mechanism of negative public opinion in colleges and universities in the new era.
