摘  要:基于干选和湿法分选动力煤的工艺技术特点进行对比研究,提出了双碳形势下动力煤选煤厂洗选主要节能途径:采用X射线块煤分选替代块煤重介水洗,末煤干选工艺处理原先水洗无法处理的末煤或直接替代末煤湿法分选,不同干选方法组合分选300~0 mm宽粒级露天矿脏杂煤,原煤选前脱粉等。干选工艺一般可以将吨煤电耗控制在3 kW·h以内,对流程较复杂的吨煤电耗可以控制在3.2 kW·h以下。在双碳形势下,采用干选工艺分选动力煤具有良好的节能前景。Based on the comparative study on the technical characteristics of dry and wet thermal coal separation processes,the main energy saving approaches were proposed for thermal coal washing plant under policy of carbon dioxide emission peak and carbon neutrality(double carbon policy).The study results show that these approaches include:using X-ray lump coal separation process to replace dense medium coal dry separation,the dry fine coal separation to process raw coal unsuitable for wet processing or to replace wet coal separation,the combination of different dry coal separation processes in handling 300~0 mm wide size range dirty coal in open pit mines,fine removal before separation,etc.The dry separation process can generally control the unit power consumption below 3 kW·h/t and 3.2 kW·h/t for those plants adopting more complicated separation processes.Under policy of carbon dioxide emission peak and carbon neutrality,the dry coal separation technology will demonstrate good energy saving prospect in processing thermal coal.
