摘  要:A选煤厂原为炼焦煤选煤厂,改选无烟末煤后,合格重悬浮液密度由1.45 kg/L增加到1.73 kg/L,悬浮液中固体量增加近20%,由此产生了磁团聚结构化等问题;通过对脱介设备和磁选设备操作条件进行整改,并控制好磁铁矿粉质量和煤泥量,有效保持了高密度合格悬浮液的稳定性,提高了重介质旋流器的分选精度。A coal preparation plant was originally a coking coal preparation plant,after the conversion of anthracite coal,the density of qualified resuspendant increased from 1.45 kg/L to 1.73 kg/L,and the amount of solids in the suspension increased by nearly 20%,which led to problems such as magnetic agglomeration structure;by rectifying the operating conditions of deressification equipment and magnetic separation equipment,and controlling the quality and amount of magnetite powder,the stability of the high-density qualified suspension was effectively maintained,and the sorting accuracy of the heavy medium cyclone was improved.
