新型轨座式山形高透筛TP筛板在新河选煤厂的应用

摘　　要：分析了新河选煤厂精煤脱介筛脱介效果差的原因,介绍了新型轨座式山形高透筛TP筛板的结构和安装方式,并与原脱介筛聚氨酯包边不锈钢筛板进行了比较,将该筛板替代原不锈钢筛板。应用效果表明,精煤脱介筛精煤带介可下降42%左右,选煤厂吨煤介耗降低0.27 kg,减少了重介质的投入,降低了生产成本,取得了明显的经济效益。This paper analyzes the reasons affecting the poor demineralization effect of clean coal demineralization screen in Xinhe coal preparation plant,and introduces the structure and installation mode of TP screen plate of new rail seat mountain high permeability screen.Compared with the original demineralization screen polyurethane wrapped stainless steel screen plate,the demineralization area is increased to 1.4 times.This kind of sieve plate replaces the original polyurethane stainless steel sieve plate.After the transformation,the medium of clean coal demineralization screen can be reduced by about 42%,the medium consumption per ton of coal in coal preparation plant can be reduced by 0.27kg/t,the input of heavy medium is reduced,the production cost is reduced and the economic benefit is improved.
