摘  要:分析了葫芦素选煤厂介耗高的原因,提出从介质技术损失和管理损失两方面加强日常管理。通过减少入洗煤含泥量、控制改造磁选机入料量、改造精煤脱介固定筛角度、优化磁选尾矿桶等措施,降低了系统介耗,取得了良好的效益。In this paper,the cause for high medium consumption in cucurbitacin coal preparation plant was analyzed,and it was proposed to strength the daily management from the medium technology loss and management loss.Meanwhile,by adopting measures such as reduction of silt content of coal to be washed,reasonable control and transformation of incoming materials in the magnetic separation,renovation of gravity flow screen and sculping screen of the clean coal,optimization of magnetic separation tailing tank,the system medium consumption was reduced,and favorable benefits were obtained.
