提高鲁奇炉煤气化副产重芳烃收率和质量的技术途径

摘　　要：鲁奇炉煤气化副产重芳烃,其质量受煤质及操作参数的影响。本文基于工业生产中原料煤灰分变化对重芳烃、产品煤气及焦渣等的实际影响,提出了提高重芳烃质量的途径,包括增加带有特殊加热内件的分液及蒸馏装置,将煤气水分离后系统设备底部重芳烃抽回前系统重新分离收取、增加循环倍率等。结果表明,这些措施能将重芳烃水含量由15%降至3%,有效降低产品煤气水重芳烃含量,并提高重芳烃收取效率。此外,通过增设三相离心机分离焦渣,还可有效提高焦渣回收效率,为焦渣回炉掺烧提供良好的条件。The coal quality and operating parameters can influence the quality of heavy aromatics by-products ofLurgi furnace coal gasification.Based on the actual impact of the change of raw coal ash content on heavy aromatics,product gas and coke slag in industrial production,the proposal of a way to improve the quality of heavy aromatics is made in this thesis,including the addition of a liquid separation and distillation device with special heating internals,re-separation and collection of the heavy aromatics at the bottom of the system equipment after gas-water separation,the increase of the circulation rate,etc.According to the results,it indicates that these measures can reduce the water content of heavy aromatics from 15%to 3%,so the content of heavy aromatics in the product gas water can be effectively reduced and the recovery efficiency of heavy aromatics can be improved.What's more,the recovery efficiency of the coke slag can be effectively improved by adding a three-phase centrifuge to separate the coke slag,and good conditions can be provided for the coke slag to be returned to the furnace for mixing and burning.
