摘 要:斯列普活化炉以水蒸气为活化剂生产活性炭,生产过程会排放大量尾气。本课题对活化炉尾气的化学成分进行了分析检测,并对活化炉尾气进行焚烧处理和余热梯次利用,将产生的水蒸气再次用于斯列普炉活化工艺;研究结果表明,斯列普炉尾气成分中的H_(2)、CH_(4)和CO总含量约占19.95%,发热量为3.28×10^(7) kJ/h,以斯列普活化炉尾气为燃料,经余热利用,年增产水蒸气5.37万t,年减少SO_(2)排放量183.7 t,不仅可实现水蒸气的自给自足,而且具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The activated carbon is produced by SLP activation furnace with water vapor as activator,and a large amount of tail gas will be discharged during production.In this paper,the chemical composition of the activated tail gas is analyzed,and the activated tail gas is burned and the waste heat is used in step.The generated water vapor is again used in the SLP activation furnace.The results show that the total content of H_(2),CH_(4) and CO is about 19.95%in the exhaust gas of the SLP activation furnace,and the calorific value is 3.28×10^(7) kJ/h.Taking the tail gas of the SLP activation furnace as fuel and utilizing the waste heat,the annual output of water vapor is increased by 53,700 tons,and the annual emission of SO_(2) is reduced by 183.7 tons.Not only the self-sufficiency of water vapor can be realized,but also the remarkable economic and social benefits can be obtained.
