能力验证煤中氯不满意结果的原因分析及整改措施

摘　　要：通过参加由中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)组织,煤炭科学技术研究院有限公司检测中心(国家煤炭质量监督检验中心)负责实施的CCRITC P1701煤物理特性和化学成分分析的能力验证实施活动,对能力验证结果中出现的煤中氯测定项目不满意结果进行了原因分析,从样品、检测方法和程序、仪器设备、人员、有证标准物质等方面探讨引起偏差的原因,最终确定了引起不满意结果的原因是用来校准仪器设备的有证标准物质使用不当,阐述了整改措施。By participating in the capability verification and implementation of ccritc p1701 coal physical properties and chemical composition analysis organized by China National Accreditation Commission for conformity assessment(CNAs)and implemented by the testing center of Coal Research Institute Co.,Ltd.(national coal quality supervision and inspection center).The reasons for the unsatisfactory results of chlorine determination items in coal in the capacity verification results are analyzed,and the causes of deviation are discussed from the aspects of samples,detection methods and procedures,instruments and equipment,personnel and certified reference materials.Finally,it is locked that the reason for the unsatisfactory results is caused by the improper use of certified reference materials used to calibrate instruments and equipment,It also expounds the rectification measures taken.
