国家安全视域下兰德公司涉华话语主题探析(1990-2020)--基于VOSviewer的可视化分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]解析智库话语背后的主题演进,探究兰德公司对我国的研究规律,引导我国智库建构,为化解西方智库舆论压力提供解决方向。[方法/过程]本文运用Java代码定位爬取兰德公司涉华文本形成数据库,将数据库导入VOSviewer进行关键词、主题聚类等可视化分析,进而探究兰德公司涉华话语主题。[结果/结论]兰德公司涉华话语负面态度趋势明显,涉华议题着重聚焦于军事、政治、外交主题框架,并在该框架下形成特定涉华安全语境。我国应当注重同国际智库的交流,完善智库管理机制,揭示智库权力逻辑,加强国际舆论引导。[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to analyze the evolution of themes behind the discourse of think tanks,explore the research rules of RAND Corporation in our country,guide the construction of think tanks in our country,and provide direction for defusing the public opinion pressure of western think tanks.[Method/process]This paper uses Java code to locate and crawl the Chinese-related texts of RAND Corporation to form a database,imports the database into VOS viewer for visual analysis of keywords,topic clustering,etc.,and then explores the themes of RAND’s China-related discourse.[Result/conclusion]The research finds that the trend of negative attitudes toward China-related discourse of RAND Corporation is obvious;China-related issues focus on the framework of military,political and diplomatic themes;the specific China-related security context forms under this framework.Our country should focus on coordinating with international think tanks’exchanges,improve the management mechanism of think tanks,reveal the logic of think tank power,and strengthen the guidance of inter-national public opinion.
