内蒙古地区易泥化动力煤干选工艺发展趋势研究

摘　　要：总结了干选技术在内蒙古地区的应用情况,X射线智能分选代替了人工分选,复合式干选设备分选混煤替代了全粒级湿法分选工艺,X射线智能分选机和复合式干选设备相结合实现了蒙东露天矿脏杂煤宽粒级分选,有效回收了煤炭资源,减轻了环境污染。尽管干选技术还存在一些不足,但展现了良好的发展趋势和应用前景。Inner Mongolia is rich in thermal coal resources,but most of them are lignite and long flame coal.A large amount of high moisture coal slime cake is made in wet processing plant,and the coal quality improvement is poor.The dry separation technology has the advantages of high clean coal recovery,quick return on capital investment,no water consumption and no production of coal slime cake,etc.This paper summarizes the application of dry separation technology in Inner Mongolia.The intelligent X-ray separation has replaced hand-picking separation,and the application of compound dry separation equipment has replaced wet coal separation process of whole particle size.The composite application of intelligent X-ray sorter composite dry separator has realized the separation of wide particle size rage dirty coal in eastern inner Mongolia region.Although the dry separation technology still has some shortcomings,it shows a good development trend and application prospect.
