摘　　要：简述新桥矿选煤厂先后采用的XK-1600型矿浆准备器和FCA-2500型雾化跌落式煤浆预处理器的结构和工作原理。重点介绍FCA-2500型雾化跌落式煤浆预处理器的应用效果—节省了浮选剂用量,提高了浮选指标,节省了维修工作量。This paper briefly describes the structure and working principle of XK-1600 pulp preparer and FCA-2500 spray-drop coal slurry pre-conditioner successively used in Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant.This paper mainly introduces the application effect of FCA-2500 spray-drop coal slurry pre-conditioner-saving the amount of flotation agent,improving the flotation index and saving the maintenance workload.
