摘　　要：阐述了山西华宁焦煤有限责任公司崖坪煤矿原煤配仓刮板输送机存在的问题与不足,针对刮板输送机优化改造为带式输送机的具体应用展开分析讨论,详细论述了优化方案的确定、设备及参数选型。优化改造后,提升了主煤流运输系统运行的稳定性和安全可靠性,在节能降耗及产能提升方面成效显著。This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the application of scraper conveyor to belt conveyor in Yaping Coal Mine of Shanxi Huaning Coke&Coal Co.,Ltd.The problems and shortcomings of the scraper conveyor before the reconstruction are analyzed.And the determination of the optimization scheme,the selection of equipment and parameters,and the analysis of economic effect are discussed in detail.
