摘　　要：由于葫芦素选煤厂浓缩机出现过耙体停转,但集控室运行信号显示正常的现象。为避免由此引发压耙事故,设计了一套检测耙体停转装置,利用电感式接近开关将检测到的耙体运行状况传输回PLC,通过内部程序运行检测耙体是否停转,将输出传输至集控操作平台及现场声光报警器,集控室及时通知岗位人员到达现场提耙。The thickener of cucurbitacine coal preparation plant has stopped the rake of the thickener,but the operation signal in the centralized control room is normal.In order to avoid the rake pressing accident,it designs a set of device to detect the stop of the rake body,and uses the inductive proximity switch to transmit the detected operation status of the rake body back to PLC.It detects whether the rake body stops running through internal program operation,which transmits the output to the centralized control operation platform and the on-site audible and visual alarm,and the centralized control room timely notifies the post personnel to arrive at the site to lift the rake.
