超大型圆筒仓储煤工艺系统设计优化

摘　　要：通过对常规储存煤炭圆筒仓工艺布置形式的分析,并结合已投运的某化工企业φ36 m圆筒仓储煤系统的应用实例,提出了一种在功能及安全、技术性方面都较为先进的大直径筒仓设计新方法。Through the analysis of conventional silo technological layout,especially the super large diameter silo,combined with process system Guotai chemical 36m diameter silo has the design,propose a function and safety,technical aspects,a new design method of large diameter silo are more advanced.
