摘　　要：内蒙古大唐鼎旺化工有限公司属于新型煤化工企业,其工艺、产品、储存均涉及国家重点监管的“两重点一重大”中的危险化学品工艺、危险化学品和重大危险源。公司自2011年建设之初就把科技档案管理作为企业的重点管理工作之一进行了远景统筹和规划,成立了档案管理部门,由专业技术人员负责对建设过程中各个阶段的技术资料、图纸等进行收集、整理和归档,避免了技术文件的流失,形成了完整、系统的科技档案,保证了整体工程的后续验收、试生产和验收之后的安全生产稳定进行。经过多年的摸索和借鉴同行业的先进管理经验,公司档案管理逐步成熟、完善,管理逐渐步入轨道。对该项目从建设、验收到正式生产运行过程中科技档案的分类管理和检索方法进行了归纳总结。Inner MongoliaDatang Dingwang Chemical Co.,Ltd.is a new coal chemical enterprise.Its process,products and storage involve hazardous chemical processes,hazardous chemicals and major hazard sources in the“two key and one major”under the key supervision of the state.Since the beginning of construction in 2011,the company has taken the management of scientific and technological archives as one of the key management work of the enterprise,carried out long-term planning and planning,and established the archives management department.Professional technicians are beginning to take responsibility for collecting,sorting and archiving the technical data and drawings at all stages of the construction process,which avoids the loss of technical documents,forms a complete and systematic scientific and technological archives,and ensures the stable progress of follow-up acceptance,trial production and safe production after acceptance of the whole project.After years of exploration and learning from the advanced management experience of the same industry,the company's archives management has gradually matured and improved,and the management has gradually stepped into the track.This paper summarizes the classified management and retrieval methods of scientific and technological archives in the process of construction,acceptance and formal production and operation of the project.
