摘  要:以花岗岩锯泥为主要原料,外掺SiC发泡剂,采用粉末烧结工艺方法,通过粉磨预处理、搅拌混合、压片成型、高温烧结等工序制备了一种发泡陶瓷多孔保温材料;研究了烧成温度,SiC发泡剂掺量、保温时间对发泡陶瓷多孔保温材料平均孔径、气孔率、表观密度、抗压强度等性能指标的影响,并分析了其影响机理。结果表明,SiC发泡剂外掺量为1%,烧成温度为1170℃,保温时间为30min烧成的发泡陶瓷多孔保温材料的性能最优,其气孔率为55%,平均孔径为2.5mm,密度为473kg/m^(3),抗压强度为1.65MPa。The porous foamed ceramic with thermal insulation properties is prepared using granite saw mud as main raw material and SiC as foaming agent through the powder firing method,which processes included the pretreatment of grinding,stirring and mixing,compress moulding and high temperature firing.The effects of firing temperature,foaming agent content and holding time on the average pore size,porosity,density and compressive strength of the po⁃rous foamed ceramic with thermal insulation properties are studied,and their influence mechanisms are analyzed.The results showed that the performance of the porous foamed ceramic with thermal insulation properties is the best with porosity of 55%,average pore diameter of 2.5mm,density of 473kg/m^(3) and compressive strength of 1.65MPa un⁃der the conditions of 1%SiC foaming agent,firing temperature of 1170℃and holding time of 30min.
