摘 要:为减少微流控芯片流道中的试剂残留,避免因微阀转动将残留试剂带入到其他生物化学反应中,对影响微阀流道端口对准精度的关键特征进行公差设计。首先,利用实效边界法,建立微阀流道端口重合面积与微阀各关键特征公差值之间的数学模型;然后,利用COMSOL仿真软件,得到满足实验要求的最小流道端口重合面积,进而求得公差值;最后,通过实验验证,该公差设计下的微阀可以减少试剂残留,实效边界法的可行性得到证明,提出一种不依赖人工经验的公差设计方法,对通用性微阀的公差设计提供了一种参考。In order to reduce the residual reagent in the flow channel of microfluidic chip and avoid the residual reagent from other biochemical reactions due to the rotation of the microvalve, tolerance design was carried out for the key features that affect the alignment accuracy of the port of the microvalve flow channel.Firstly, the mathematical model between the overlap area of the microvalve flow channel port and the tolerance values of the key characteristics of the microvalve is established by using the pragmatic boundary method.Then, COMSOL simulation software was used to obtain the minimum overlap area of the port to meet the experimental requirements, and then the tolerance value was obtained.Finally, the experimental results show that the micro-valve with the tolerance design can reduce reagent residue, and the feasibility of the pragmatic boundary method is proved.A tolerance design method independent of manual experience is proposed, which provides a reference for the tolerance design of universal micro-valves.
