摘  要:文章基于我国粮食主产区2002—2019年的面板数据,运用改进的EBM模型—Malmquist Luenberger生产率指数法测度动态农业绿色全要素生产率,采用探索性空间数据分析法考察其空间集聚特征,并进行优化潜力分析。研究发现,样本期间内农业绿色全要素生产率呈“M”型波动,增长幅度微弱,驱动来源主要是农业绿色技术进步;地区间差距较大,长江流域主产区农业绿色全要素生产率最高,其次是黄淮海主产区,最后为东北主产区;探索性空间数据分析显示,农业绿色全要素生产率长期呈空间负相关,并且空间集聚特征逐渐减弱;农业投入和产出优化潜力最大的三项指标分别是劳动力投入、机械投入和碳排放量产出。因此,普及推广绿色集约的农业生产方式、加强农业科技创新、完善区域间农业协同发展机制是提高粮食主产区农业绿色全要素生产率的有效路径。Based on the panel data of China’s main grain producing areas from 2002 to 2019, the improved EBM model Malmquist Luenberger productivity index method is used to measure the dynamic agricultural green total factor productivity, the exploratory spatial data analysis method is used to investigate its spatial agglomeration characteristics, and the optimization potential is analyzed. The study has found that during the sample period, agricultural green total factor productivity fluctuates in an“M”shape,with a weak growth range, and the driving source is mainly the progress of agricultural green technology. There is a large gap between regions. The main producing areas of the Yangtze River Basin have the highest agricultural green total factor productivity, followed by the the main producing areas Yellow River-Huai River-Hai River regions, and finally the main producing areas of the northeast. Exploratory spatial data analysis shows that agricultural green total factor productivity has a long-term spatial negative correlation, and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration are gradually weakened. The three indicators with the greatest potential for agricultural input and output optimization are labor input, machinery input and carbon emission output. Therefore, popularizing the green and intensive agricultural production mode, strengthening agricultural scientific and technological innovation, and improving the inter regional agricultural collaborative development mechanism are the effective ways to improve the agricultural green total factor productivity in the main grain producing areas.
