摘 要:结合陆军指挥信息系统需求研究体系性弱、标准规范缺等特点,提出基于CQEMR席位图谱的陆军指挥信息系统需求研究方法。深入分析美军需求发展现状和启示,以及我军发展现状和存在问题;明确指出基于联合作战能力生成的体系化、标准化、规范化需求研究思路,并细化定义需求生成、席位图谱等基本概念;系统介绍全覆盖、可量化、可评估、可映射和可关联的5种实现途径及预期成效,为陆军指挥信息系统需求研究和立项研制提供重要理论支撑,具有一定的推广应用价值和意义。Aiming at characteristics of systematic weakness and standard lack in the requirement study of army command information system,the requirement study specification method of army command information system based on(CQEMR)of the seat graph is proposed innovatively.Firstly,the development status and enlightenment of USA army requirement and the development status and existing problems of Chinese army are deeply analyzed.Then,a research idea of the systematical,standardization and specification requirement for the joint combat cap ability generation is clearly pointed out,and such basic concepts as the requirement generation,seat graph and so on are defined in details.Finally,five kinds of realization approaches of the all coverage,quantification,evaluation,mapping and relation and expected effects are introduced systematically,the study can provide theory supports for requirement studies and project developments of Chinese army command information system,and has certain value and significance of popularization and application.
