摘　　要：目的:了解脑卒中患者自我预防静脉血栓栓塞症的知识、信念、行为现状。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取某三级甲等综合医院脑卒中患者121例,采用自行设计的脑卒中患者自我预防静脉血栓栓塞症知信行问卷进行调查。结果:脑卒中患者自我预防静脉血栓栓塞症的知信行得分为(164.18±15.73)分,其中知识、信念、行为得分依次为(29.12±4.74)分、(99.16±10.71)分、(35.90±5.60)分。结论:脑卒中患者自我预防静脉血栓栓塞症整体知信行水平不高,预防知识处于较低水平、预防血栓的信念和行为处于中等水平。临床医务人员应进一步加强对脑卒中患者自我预防静脉血栓知识的指导力度,提升预防信念水平,以增强患者预防血栓行为,降低脑卒中后静脉血栓栓塞症的发生率。Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of self-prevention of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients.Methods:Objective sampling method was used and 121 stroke patients were included from a tertiary Class A general hospital.The self-designed questionnaire on knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of self-prevention of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients was used in the survey.Results:The total score of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of self-prevention of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients was 164.18±15.73,and the scores of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice were 29.12±4.74,99.16±10.71,35.90±5.60,respectively.Conclusion:The overall level of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of self-prevention of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients is at low level.The knowledge of prevention stays low,and the belief and behavior are at a medium level.Clinical medical staffs should strengthen the guidance on the knowledge of self-prevention of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients and improve the belief of prevention,so as to enhance stroke patients’behaviors of preventing from thromboembolism,then reduce the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in stroke patients finally.
