摘  要:加氢精制工艺是满足油品质量升级最有效的方式,而高活性加氢精制催化剂的开发是实现原油清洁生产利用的关键核心技术。加氢精制催化剂的活性组分和载体研究,成为突破加氢精制工艺技术的重点方向。目前,国内外关于加氢精制催化剂的研究主要围绕活性组分(Mo、W)、助剂(Co、Ni或贵金属Pt、Pd)、载体以及催化剂的表征和测试等几个方面。研究内容从活性和助剂金属的组合、单一或复合载体的选择到催化剂的活性影响因素等多个角度展开。文中综述加氢精制工艺及催化剂的研究进展状况,为加氢精制工艺研究提供了线索。Hydrotreating process is the most effective way to meet the upgrading of oil quality,and the development of high activity hydrotreating catalyst is the key technology to realize the clean production and utilization of crude oil.The research on active components and support of Hydrotreating catalyst has become the key direction of breakthrough in hydrotreating technology.At present,the researches on hydrotreating catalysts at home and abroad mainly focus on the characterization and testing of active components(Mo,W),auxiliators(Co,Ni or precious metals Pt,Pd),carriers and catalysts.The research contents are carried out from many angles,such as the combination of active and auxiliary metals,the choice of single or composite support and the factors influencing the activity of catalyst.This paper reviewed the research progress of hydrotreating technology and catalysts,which provided clues for hydrotreating technology research.
