摘　　要：SAN树脂的透明性直接影响其制品的外观及用途,文中从原料及工艺方面分析了影响SAN透明性的因素。减少丙烯腈均聚链段的产生,控制多亚胺共轭链段的形成,可有效改变SAN及其制品发黄问题。不同丙烯腈含量SAN共混易发生浑浊现象,生产中保证反应系统良好的传质、传热效果,建立生产过程的动态平衡,可制得稳定丙烯腈含量的透明SAN产品。The transparency of SAN resin directly affects the appearance and application of its products.This paper analyzed the factors affecting the transparency of SAN resin from the aspects of raw materials and technology.The problem of SAN and its products yellowing could be effectively changed by means of reducing the generation of acrylonitrile homopolymer segment and controlling the formation of polyimine conjugated segment.The transparent SAN product with stable acrylonitrile content could be prepared by ensuring good mass and heat transfer effect of reaction system and establishing dynamic balance in production process.
