摘  要:针对循环流化床物料循环系统运行中常见气化炉结焦、旋风效率低、立管锥部压差频繁波动不稳定的流化状态等问题探究原因。结果表明,循环流化床物料循环系统发生任何问题都将制约试验开展,影响装置运行。从设计和操作方面提出预防措施,采用多股松动气小气量调节、选择适宜煤种(焦渣特征<3)、混合区锥部气速大于0.5 m/s、循环固体颗粒粒径范围(300~400μm)、提高输煤的破黏氧气量、提高汽氧比至(2.5~3.5)/1(质量/体积)、稳定的高倍率循环流化等措施,确保了中试装置试验的开展,实现了循环流化床气化炉长周期运行。In view of the common problems of the material circulation system of circulating fluidized bed in pilot plant operation,such as coking of gasifier,low efficiency of cyclone,frequent fluctuation of pressure difference of riser cone and unstable fluidization state,the causes of the problems were explored.The results showed that any problems in the material circulation system of CFB will restrict the development of the test and affect the plant operation.This paper proposed preventive measures in terms of design and operation,adopted several measures,such as regulating the small gas volume of multi-stream loose gas,selecting suitable coal species(char slag characteristics<3),gas velocity at the cone of mixing zone greater than 0.5 m/s,particle size range of circulating solid particles(300-400μm),increasing the amount of broken oxygen of coal transport,increasing the ratio of vapor to oxygen to(2.5~3.5)/1(mass/volume),and stable high rate circulating fluidization,to ensure the development of pilot plant test and realized the long cycle operation of CFB gasifier.
