摘　　要：近年来,高唐县在大力实施引黄灌区农业节水过程中,面对投资任务大、建设工期紧、施工条件差等多种不利因素,创新性的推出了多项行之有效的建设管理方法,按期高质量完成了工程建设任务,解决了群众“浇地难、浇地贵、收费不合理”的问题。In recent years,during the process of vigorously implement the agriculture water-saving techniques in Yellow River irrigation area in Gaotang,the authorities utilizes innovative and effective management methods,in the face of a variety of adverse factors,such as large investment task,tight construction period and poor construction conditions,which grantee the completion of engineering construction in high quality and on schedule,solving the issues of high cost,difficulties and unreasonable charges in irrigation.
