新形势下推进东营水文高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：多年来,东营水文围绕地方水利及经济社会发展,在防汛减灾、水资源管理、水生态环境等方面提供了强有力的支撑,东营水文迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。文章分析了东营水文发展现状及存在的短板,阐述了东营水文高质量发展的对策及建议。Over the years,the Hydrology Center of Dongying Municipality provided a strong support in flood control and disaster reduction,water resources management,water ecological environment and other aspects,focusing on the local water resources,as well as the economic and social development.Therefore the Center embraced the unprecedented development opportunities.This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of hydrology development in Dongying,and states the counter-measures and suggestions of high quality development to the hydrology.
