摘　　要：临沂市以岸堤水库2020年汛期调度运用计划为例,分析大型水库年度汛期调度运用方案设计中的关键内容及重要步骤。依据《山东省水库汛期调度运用计划编制手册》(鲁水办字〔2019〕14号)及相关的法律、法规、规范、标准的要求,结合岸堤水库工程实际情况,在兼顾水库大坝安全、蓄水兴利及下游河道安全的前提下,分析确定岸堤水库2020年汛期调度运用指标,并绘制防洪调度图,以指导水库2020年汛期水库调度运行。Taking flood season operation scheme of Andi Reservoir in 2020 as an example,this paper analyzes the key contents and important steps in the design of flood season operation scheme of large reservoirs.According to the"Manual of the Reservoir Dispatching and Operation Scheme in Flood Season in Shandong"(lushui banzi[2019]No.14 document),and the relevant laws,regulations,specification and standard,in combination with the practical situation of embankment project for reservoir,and considering the dam safety,reservoir utilizable capacity and downstream channel security,this paper analyzes and determines the reservoir dispatching and operation indicators in flood season in 2020,as well draws the flood control operation map,with the expectation to provide the guidance to the safety operation of the reservoir in 2020.
