摘　　要：南水北调东线一期台儿庄泵站工程主水泵配套电动机为TL2400-44/3250型立式同步电动机,在近几年的调水运行中,电动机出现内甩油问题。经过充分调研后,发现内甩油问题为该型电动机的普遍现象。为加强工程运行的精细化管理,本文结合该型同步电动机结构及机组运行等方面对可能造成内甩油现象的原因进行分析,对该型电动机内甩油问题的处理提出了建议,为内同类型电动机内甩油问题的防范及处理提供参考。In Tai Erzhuang Pump Station project,the main pump motor is the type of Tl2400-44/3250 vertical synchronous motor,eastern route of the South-to-North Water Transfer project phase I.In recent years,internal oil dumping problem occurs in the motor during water transfer operation.After detailed investigation,it is found that the internal oil dumping problem is a common phenomenon of this type of motor.In order to strengthen the management of engineering operation,this paper analyzes the possible causes of internal oil dumping in combination with the synchronous motor structure and unit operation,and puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the internal oil dumping problem of the synchronous motor,providing reference for the prevention and treatment of internal oil dumping problem of the same type of motor.
