摘　　要：目的:观察密闭式气管内给药器在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)患儿气管内给药中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的89例NRDS患儿,随机分为对照组45例、研究组44例;两组均采用固尔苏治疗,对照组经常规气管内给药,研究组经密闭式气管内给药器给药;比较两组给药期间心率(HR)与血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、康复指标及并发症发生情况。结果:两组给药后5 min HR与SaO_(2)均高于插管前,且研究组HR与SaO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组通气时间、用氧时间、总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组药物反流、面色发绀发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NRDS患儿经密闭式气管内给药器气管内给药利于改善HR与SaO_(2),促进患儿康复,减少相关并发症发生。Objective:To observe the application effect of closed endotracheal drug delivery device in endotracheal drug delivery in children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:A total of 89 children with NRDS admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(45 cases)and a research group(44 cases).The patients in two groups were all treated with Curosurf.The patients in control group received normal intratracheal administration and the patients in research group received the intratracheal administration with closed endotracheal drug delivery device.The heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),rehabilitation indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups during administration.Results:At 5 minutes after administration,the HR and SaO_(2) of the two groups were higher than those before intubation;the HR and SaO_(2) of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ventilation time,oxygen time,and total length of stay(LOS)were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intratracheal administration of NRDS children through a closed intratracheal drug delivery device was beneficial to improving HR and SaO_(2),promoting the rehabilitation of children,and reducing the occurrence of related complications.
