住院老年病人自我忽视与衰弱的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解住院老年病人自我忽视与衰弱的现状,探讨二者之间的关系,为提高住院老年人群的身心健康水平提供理论依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、老年人自我忽视调查问卷、Fried衰弱表型对石河子市2所三级甲等医院住院的380例老年病人进行问卷调查。结果:自我忽视总分为58.00(48.25,73.75)分,各维度平均得分由高到低是:忽视自我发展2.83(1.67,3.50)分、忽视相互关系1.67(1.17,2.67)分、忽视生存需求1.55(1.19,1.86)分;衰弱总分为1(0,3)分,衰弱和衰弱前期的占比分别为33.2%、20.5%;Spearman相关分析显示,住院老年病人自我忽视总分及各维度与衰弱总分及各维度均呈正相关。结论:住院老年病人的自我忽视处于中等水平,衰弱的发生率亦较高,且二者关系呈正相关,降低自我忽视水平,可减少或延缓衰弱的发生发展。Objective:To investigate the status quo of self-neglect and frailty in hospitalized elderly patients and explore the relationship between them,so as to provide the theoretical basis for improving the physical and mental health levels of hospitalized elderly.Methods:A total of 380 elderly patients hospitalized in 2 third grade A hospitals in Shihezi city were investigated by a general data questionnaire,the Self-Neglect Questionnaire,and Fried frailty phenotype.Results:The total score of self-neglect was 58.00(48.25,73.75).The average score of each dimension from high to low was 2.83(1.67,3.50)for neglecting self-development,1.67(1.17,2.67)for neglecting the mutual relationship,and 1.55(1.19,1.86)for neglecting survival needs.The total score of frailty was 1(0,3),and the proportion of frailty and pre-frailty was 33.2%and 20.5%,respectively.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-neglect and all dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of frailty and all indicators.Conclusions:Self-neglect in hospitalized elderly patients is at a moderate level,the incidence of frailty is higher,and the relationship between the two is positive.Reducing the level of self-neglect could reduce or delay the occurrence and development of frailty.
