摘　　要：自2011年起,我国高等职业教育进入了质量全面提升阶段。利用CiteSpace软件对2011—2020年间我国高职教育师资队伍建设研究的可视化分析显示,近十年,我国高职教育师资队伍建设研究的热点问题集中在“双师型”师资队伍建设、高职教师培养、高职教师专业发展、教师教学团队建设等。分析认为,未来的研究将聚焦于“双师型”师资队伍建设、教师评价制度改革、教师教学创新团队建设、教师职称评审制度改革等问题。Since 2011,China’s higher vocational education has entered the stage of overall quality improvement.Employing CiteSpace,the visual analysis of the research on the China’s faculty construction of higher vocational education from 2011 to 2020 shows that in the past decade,the hot topics of the research on faculty construction in China’s higher vocational education are the construction of"dual-qualified"teachers,the cultivation of teachers,the professional development of teachers,and the construction of teachers’teaching team,etc.The analysis shows that the future research will focus on the construction of"dual-qualified"teachers,the reform of teachers’evaluation system,the construction of teachers’teaching innovation team,the reform of teachers’professional title evaluation system and so on.
