新时代背景下健康服务与管理专业的建设思考

摘　　要：健康服务与管理专业是近年来各大高校相继开设的新专业。自2016年第一批高校开设该专业以来,如何开展健康服务与管理专业的建设目前尚处于探索阶段。根据近几年专业建设所做的各种探索,提出健康服务与管理专业的建设要遵循中西医协同、医教协同、医药协同、医文协同4项基本原则。在此基础上,提出健康服务与管理专业的建设思路要从紧扣相关国家政策,专业建设与课程思政相融合;紧跟时代发展步伐,社会需求作为专业建设导向;凝练专业发展方向,合理定位专业培养目标;强化创新创业意识,积极拓展专业就业渠道4个方面开展。Health service and management is a new specialty offered by universities in recent years. It is still at the exploratory stage since 2016 when the specialty was first launched. Based on exploration of specialty construction in recent years, this paper proposed that the specialty construction should follow the four basic principles: integrating Western medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), integrating TCM and medical education, integrating TCM and TCM Materia Medica, integrating TCM and TCM culture. On this basis, the paper also put forward constructing measures from the following four aspects: integrating curriculum ideological and political education by closely following the relevant national policies;meeting the needs of social demands by keeping up with the pace;re-orienting cultivating goals by re-identifying spatiality development;and expanding employment channels by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.
