摘 要:目的 在“体教融合”和“健康中国”的时代背景下,探究足球教学对学生身心健康的影响,为提升其身心健康找到合适的运动方案。方法 通过问卷调查法、实验法对足球教学的实验效果进行探究。结果 (1)实验干预后学生体质健康测试总成绩、肺活量和立定跳远成绩较实验干预前显著提升(P<0.001),且提升效果不存在性别差异,实验干预能够显著提升男生的坐位体前屈成绩(P<0.05)和女生的50 m、仰卧起坐成绩(P<0.01)。(2)实验干预后学生体育锻炼态度总分及8个维度得分较实验干预前显著提升(P<0.001),提升效果不存在性别差异。(3)实验干预后学生运动自信心总分及2个维度得分较实验干预前显著提升(P<0.001),在运动自信心及运动特质自信心维度上提升效果不存在性别差异。结论 (1)足球教学能够显著提升学生的身体健康,特别是其耐力素质和下肢力量,对男生柔韧素质和女生的速度及腰腹力量也有显著提升作用。(2)足球教学能够显著提升学生的体育锻炼态度和运动自信心。Objective Under the background of “integration of sports and education” and “healthy China”, this paper aims to explore the effect of football teaching on college students’ physical and mental health in order to design proper sports programs for the improvement of their health. Methods The effect of football teaching was explored by questionnaire and experiments. Results(1) After the experimental intervention, the total score of physical health test, vital capacity and standing long jump scores have significantly improved(P<0.001). There was no gender difference. The experimental intervention can significantly improve the sitting forward performance of male college students(P<0.05), and 50 m, sit-up performance of female college students(P<0.01).(2) After the experimental intervention, the total score of their attitudes to physical exercises and scores of the 8 dimensions were significantly improved(P<0.001). There was no gender difference.(3) After the experimental intervention, the total score and the scores of the 2 dimensions of their sports confidence have significantly improved(P<0.001). There was no gender difference in improvement effect of both sports confidence and sports trait confidence. Conclusions(1) Football teaching can significantly improve the physical health of college students, especially endurance quality, lower limb strength, and the flexibility quality of male college students and the speed and waist strength of female college students.(2) Football teaching can significantly improve their attitudes to physical exercises and sports confidence.
