摘　　要：以新疆医科大学中医学院开展“三进两联一交友”活动为例,探索推进大学生思想政治教育的经验和做法,使全体教职工自觉地将大学生思想政治教育作为本职工作,阵地延伸到宿舍、食堂等校园各处,空间延伸到学生家庭和社会,为全面构建“全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人”的教育格局,坚守住学校这条民族团结、爱党、爱国、爱社会主义教育的阵地提供现实参考。This paper aims at exploring practices and experiences of ideological and political education in colleges and universities by thematic education activities such as “entering classrooms, dormitories and dinner halls;contacting students and parents;making friends with students” in School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University. The activities encourage all staff to take part in, and their work should cover every corner, from dormitories to dinner halls on campus, from students’ homes to societies off campus in order to construct a comprehensive education system of the “three all-round education”. The featured ideological and political education can fulfill the missions of national unity, loyal to the Party, patriotic to the socialist country in colleges and universities. This practice can provide refence for other schools.
