摘  要:中医临床思维是中医临床中的重要组成部分,与临床效果有较为密切的关系,是体现临床水平的重要方面。为了实现对回答结果产生过程的评价,以“中医临床思维训练系统”中的便秘病例数据为例,结合思维导图技术、TransE算法和夹角余弦相似性算法,判断在“便秘”病案中学生问答思维过程和标准答案的相似程度。并与人工对学生问答思维过程和标准答案的相似程度进行对比。结果发现,二者的相似度为13.14%,存在较大的区别,且与人工判断两者的相似程度基本相符。通过使用知识图谱技术中的TransE模型和夹角余弦相似性两种方法,能够从思维过程的角度,获得学生回答结果与标准答案之间的相似性。该评价手段能够更为科学地对中医临床思维进行评价,以促进中医学生提升自身的临床水平。TCM chinical thinking, an important part of TCM clinic, is closely related to clinical effects and an important index of clinical level. In order to present the students’ thinking in question-answer process, this research, based on constipation cases in the “TCM clinical thinking training system”, applied mind mapping technology, TransE algorithm and angle cosine similarity algorithm to determine the similarity between students’ thinking process and standardized answers. The similarity was also evaluated manually by experts. The findings showed that the similarity between students’ thinking process and the standardized answers is 13.14% showing significant differences, and the figure is basically consistent with the result of manual judgment made by experts. It is concluded that by using the TransE model and the angle cosine similarity methods in the knowledge graph technology, the similarity between the students’ answers and the standard answers can be obtained from the perspective of the thinking process. This effective evaluation method can evaluate TCM clinical thinking more scientifically, so as to promote TCM students’ clinical level.
