摘 要:高比例风电电力系统调频供需矛盾日益突出,导致运行工况变动较大,在频率安全约束中若不考虑一次调频死区与限幅影响,会导致机组组合方案难以保障系统频率稳定。对此,针对含风电电力系统频率响应模型,在模型的全响应分析的基础上,通过分类聚合与分段解析推得频率时域表达式,进而构建计及一次调频死区与限幅的频率安全约束;针对所建约束的高度非线性,在机组组合中采用两阶段迭代方法将非线性规划问题转换为主子问题协同求解,并针对单方向补充优化割的不足,提出多方向并行补充优化割的方法以提升解的质量。结果表明,所建约束可更为准确地估计系统调频能力,所提算法能够向更多方向并行寻找最优解,从而使所得到的机组组合方案能有效保障高比例风电电力系统的频率稳定,且开机数量更少、成本更低。The contradiction between frequency regulation capacity and demand is increasingly apparent in power systems with a high proportion of wind power,resulting in great changes in operating conditions.If the deadband and limiter of primary frequency response(PFR) are not considered in frequency security constraints(FSC),the unit commitment scheme can be difficult to ensure the system frequency stability.Therefore,based on the full response analysis of frequency response model containing wind power,the time domain expression of frequency is derived through classification aggregation and piecewise analysis,and then the FSC considering the deadband and limiter of PFR are constructed;to address the high nonlinearity of the proposed constraints,a two-stage iterative method that converts the nonlinear planning problem into the main-problem and sub-problem is used in unit commitment,then a parallel multi-directional complementary method for optimization cuts is proposed to improve conventional methods to obtain better solutions.Results show that the proposed constraints can estimate the frequency response capability more accurately,and the proposed method can solve problems from more directions,so that the obtained unit commitment scheme can effectively guarantee the frequency stability of power systems with high-proportion wind power by fewer startup units and lower cost.
