摘  要:针对天然气管网压力能利用率低及各能源负荷波动导致能源系统不稳定等问题,提出考虑天然气管网压力能发电技术的电-热-气综合能源系统(integrated energy systems,IES)优化调度方法。首先通过?分析法建立天然气压力能发电模型,然后基于天然气管存调控技术提出一种准动态压力能发电模型;结合能源设备模型,构建了天然气管网压力能与电、气、热相结合的IES架构。并通过分时电价的激励,达到电力负荷的削峰填谷以及系统的经济运行。引入算例,分析比较3种场景下系统运行成本、系统净负荷波动以及各部分出力,验证了所提调度方法能够有效改善电网负荷波动并降低系统的运行成本。Aiming at the problems of the low utilization rate of the pressure energy in the natural gas pipeline network and the instability of energy system caused by the fluctuation of energy load,an optimal dispatching method of integrated electricity-heat-gas energy systems considering the power generation technology of the natural gas pipeline pressure energy is proposed.Firstly,this paper establishes a natural-gas-pressure-energy power generation model through the exergy analysis,and then proposes a quasi-dynamic pressure energy power generation model based on the control technique for the linepack of natural gas.Combining the model with the energy equipment models the architecture including the electricity-heat-gas energy and the pressure energy in natural gas pipeline is built.Considering the incentive of the time-of-use prices,this system may achieve the results of peak load shifting and the economical operation for the power load.By introducing the test case,analyzing and comparing the costs of system operating,the fluctuations of net load of the system and the outputs of each energy equipment under three scenarios,it is verified that this optimal dispatching method in this paper can improve the fluctuation of net load and reduce the cost of system operating.
