摘　　要：神经内分泌肿瘤是一种起源于分布全身的神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤。^(177)Lu-DOTATATE已被证明可以显著延长患者无进展生存期,在国外得到了广泛的应用。国外对^(177)Lu-DOTATATE治疗的辐射安全方面已有较多的研究。国内暂无同类产品上市,且无辐射安全方面的研究,缺少相关的国家标准。本文对近年来国外^(177)Lu-DOTATATE治疗中与辐射安全相关的研究、法规及管理要求等方面资料进行分析和综述,以期为我国^(177)Lu-DOTATATE治疗的辐射安全管理规范和标准的制定提供参考。Neuroendocrine tumors(NENs)are rare tumors arising from neuroendocrine cells distributed throughout the body.^(177)Lu-DOTATATE has been shown to significantly prolong the progression-free survival of patients,and has been widely used abroad.There are many studies on the radiation safety of^(177)Lu-DOTATATE treatment abroad.There are no similar products on the market in China,and there is no research on radiation safety,and there is a lack of relevant national standards.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research,regulations and management requirements related to radiation safety in^(177)Lu-DOTATATE treatment abroad in recent years,so as to provide reference for the formulation of radiation safety management norms and standards for^(177)Lu-DOTATATE treatment in China.
