壮医药线灸治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医药线点灸治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性子宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组40例。A组采用壮医药线点灸宫颈治疗,B组采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶阴道给药治疗,C组给予生理盐水擦拭宫颈。观察3组治疗前后宫颈病变程度及症状评分,比较3组临床疗效及HPV转阴率。结果A组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于B组的67.5%和C组的40.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组治疗后宫颈病变程度及各项症状评分均较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);C组治疗后仅外阴瘙痒及阴道分泌物评分较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。A组治疗后宫颈病变程度及各项症状评分均明显低于B组和C组(P<0.01);B组治疗后宫颈病变程度及各项症状评分均明显低于C组(P<0.01)。A组治疗后HPV转阴率为72.5%,B组为62.5%,C组为47.5%;A组治疗后HPV转阴率明显高于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医药线点灸治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV疗效确切,能改善患者临床症状,并提高HPV转阴率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of medicinal thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine in treating chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method A total of 120 patients with chronic cervicitis coupled with HPV infection were randomized into group A,group B,and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with medicinal thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine at the uterine cervix.Group B was offered vaginal administration of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel.Group C received a cleaning of the uterine cervix with normal saline.Before and after the treatment,the degree and symptom score of cervical lesions were observed for the three groups.The clinical efficacy and the negative conversion rate of HPV were compared among the three groups.Result The total effective rate was 90.0%in group A,notably higher than 67.5%in group B and 40.0%in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the degree and each symptom score of cervical lesions dropped significantly in groups A and B(P<0.01).In group C,only the scores of pruritus vulvae and vaginal secretion declined markedly after the treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment,the degree and each symptom score of cervical lesions were significantly lower in group A than in groups B and C(P<0.01),and were significantly lower in group B than in group C(P<0.01).After the treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV was 72.5%in group A,62.5%in group B,and 47.5%in group C.The rate was statistically higher in group A than in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicinal thread moxibustion of Zhuang Medicine is effective in treating chronic cervicitis coupled with HPV infection.It can improve the clinical symptoms and increase the negative conversion rate of HPV.
