摘　　要：针对某侧围外板进行模具结构优化,通过对门槛、C柱及尾灯口区域的缺陷进行分析,在设计与调试环节提出相应的改进措施,解决了成形侧围外板的缺陷问题,提高了成形质量,最终提升了企业的市场竞争力。The die structure was optimized for the side wall outer plate,through analyzing the defects of the threshold,C-pillar,and taillight area,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward in the design and debugging process,so as to solve the defects problem of the side wall outer plate,which improved the forming quality of the side wall outer plate,and enhanced the market competitiveness of enterprises.
