摘  要:对某车型座椅座盆结构进行分析,制定了两工序拉深复合成形工艺,并开发了相应的成形模,可一次定位成形大深度的凸凹形状,通过将拉深深度和翻边高度进行协调设计,避免了拉深深度过深而产生开裂和翻边高度过高引起的起皱。该工艺减少了成形工序数、模具副数和2道拉深工序间的研配工作,提高了生产效率和材料利用率。The structure of a car seat basin was analyzed.The drawing composite forming process with double sequences was formulated and the corresponding forming die was developed.It could process large depth of convex and concave shape at a time.The design of drawing depth and flanging height was coordinated to avoid cracking caused by the too deep drawing depth and wrinkling caused by the too high flanging height.It reduced the number of forming processes,the number of dies,and the work of die preparation between two drawing processes,which improved the production line efficiency and material utilization rate.
