摘　　要：介绍了某车灯装饰罩注射模设计,模具浇口设在待成型塑件内表面,避免了塑件外表面产生注射痕迹,在分型面上设计排气槽解决了模具困气问题;根据模具结构设计了直通式水路与水井相结合的冷却系统,使模具温度保持恒定,塑件脱模由液压缸活塞杆驱动推板推出,解决了推板运动不平衡的问题。The design of injection mould for a car lamp trim cover was introduced,its gating point was located on the inner surface of the plastic parts to avoid the injection marks on the outer surface of the plastic parts,and the air vent was designed on the parting level to solve the problem of trapped air in the mould.According to the structure of the mould,a cooling system combined straight-through and well type was designed to keep the temperature of the mould.The plastic part demoulding was pushed out by the ejection plate driven by the hydraulic cylinder,which solved the unbalanced movement problem of the ejection plate.
