摘　　要：针对塑料盖内螺纹脱模困难的问题,采用齿轮带动螺纹型芯旋转的方式实现其自动脱模;为了防止螺纹型芯旋转时与推件板发生摩擦导致螺纹型芯磨损,在推件板上安装弹簧,当螺纹型芯旋转时弹簧将推件板与螺纹型芯分开;在推件板上安装限位机构,使推件板与动模板分开的距离小于螺纹的长度,避免出现螺纹损伤的现象。Aiming at the difficulty of demoulding the internal screw thread of plastic cover,the automatic demoulding was realized by means of rotating the screw thread core driven by gears.In order to prevent the screw thread core from being worn by friction with the ejector plate when the screw thread core rotated,the spring was installed on the ejector plate,the spring separated the ejector plate from the screw threaded core as it rotating.The limit mechanism was installed on the ejector plate,so that the distance between the ejector plate and the moving mould plate was less than the length of the screw thread,to avoid the damage of screw thread.
