摘　　要：根据汽车格栅的结构特点和技术要求,设计了1副注射模,使用热流道针阀喷嘴进料,通过斜导柱+滑块、斜推块、二次直推块、锁模器和氮气弹簧等解决了成型塑件倒扣脱模与推出的难题。经生产实践证明:模具结构设计合理,动作平稳可靠,量产塑件成型质量好,取得了良好的经济效益。According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of automobile grille,an injection mould was designed,the hot runner needle valve nozzle was adopted to pour.Through inclined guide column+slider,inclined ejector pad,secondary ejector pad,mould locking device,and nitrogen spring to solve the problem of plastic parts demoulding and ejection.The production practice proved that the mould structure design was reasonable,its action was stable and reliable,and the mass production of plastic parts forming quality was good,which achieved good economic benefits.
