摘　　要：建筑工程存在周期长、技术性强、复杂性高等特点,致使合同不可能覆盖所有可能发生的事件。再加上合同中措辞不当、语义不明,甚至是合同前后约定矛盾等,这些都是索赔产生的根源。针对工程索赔的注意点以及怎样实施工程索赔进行阐述。The construction project has a long cycle, strong technicality and high complexity, which makes it impossible for the contract to cover all possible events. At the same time, the improper wording, unclear semantics and even the contradiction before and after the contract are the root causes of claims. This study focuses on the attention points of engineering claim and how to implement engineering claim.
