摘　　要：本文在对国内外食品、生物、医药等领域散料称重方式和卸料方式的研究与分析基础上,通过运用CAD/CAE设计仿真软件、液压执行系统和电气控制技术,设计了一种自动称重式排料机装置,可同时满足称重和卸料需求,大大缩短企业生产周期,高效便捷。Based on the research and analysis of bulk material weighing and unloading methods in food,biology,medicine and other fields at home and abroad,an automatic weighing and discharging machine device is designed by using CAD/CAE design simulation software,hydraulic execution system and electrical control technology,which can meet the needs of weighing and unloading at the same time,greatly shorten the production cycle of enterprises,and is efficient and convenient.
