摘　　要：本文介绍了翻车机轨道衡的工作原理、结构组成,依据JJG 781-2019《数字指示轨道衡》检定规程,分析并给出了使用翻车机轨道衡作为集成控制衡器建立参考车辆的具体方法,解决了无法直接使用砝码检衡车检定翻车机轨道衡最大秤量的技术问题。This paper introduces the working principle and structural composition of the dumper track scale.According to the verification regulation of JJG 781-2019“digital indication track scale”,this paper analyzes and gives the specific method of using the dumper track scale as the integrated control scale to establish the reference vehicle,and solves the technical problem that it is impossible to directly use the weight verification vehicle to verify the maximum weight of the dumper track scale.
