摘　　要：山西昕水河特大桥工程施工建设对薄壁高墩外观质量有较高要求,因钢筋密集,混凝土不易浇筑和振捣,施工过程中控制不好就容易产生各种外观缺陷,这一问题是混凝土施工的重点和难点,通过分析外观不良的各种原因,详细阐述了对应的措施和解决方法,达到消除箱梁外观质量缺陷的目的,确保预制工程取得成功,并为将来大规模施工提供有用的施工经验和相关依据。Shanxi Xinshuihe bridge engineering construction of the large bridge has higher requirements on the appearance quality of the thin-wall high piers,from steel,concrete pouring and vibrating not easily,bad construction process control is easy to produce all sorts of appearance defects,how to solve this problem is the emphasis and difficulty in concrete construction,by analyzing the various causes of bad appearance,expounds on the corresponding measures and solutions,The goal of eliminating the defects in the appearance quality of the box girder is achieved,which ensures the success of the precast project and provides useful construction experience and relevant basis for the large-scale construction in the future.
