摘 要:传统投影仪对电线绝缘厚度的测量受到主观因素和读数精确度的限制,导致测量时间长且读数准确度低。因此发展了更加精确迅速的图像识别技术,但是曝光率的不同会影响到图像识别技术的测量结果。使用WIT-1电线电缆绝缘层厚度检测仪和23JB台式投影仪分别对红色的BV2.5和BYJ2.5电线进行绝缘厚度的测量,WIT-1曝光率设置为1~100。研究发现:①曝光率影响了WIT-1对样品颜色的识别,曝光率在2~20识别准确;②曝光率越大,WIT-1测量出的绝缘厚度越小;③当曝光率为8时,BV2.5的离散程度最小;当曝光率为10时,BYJ2.5的离散程度最小。因此,基于WIT-1检测仪的电线绝缘厚度测量中,推荐BV2.5的最佳曝光率为8,BYJ2.5的最佳曝光率为10。The traditional projector s measurement of wire insulation thickness is limited by subjective factors and reading accuracy,which results in long measurement time and low reading accuracy.Therefore,more accurate and rapid image recognition technology had been developed.However,the different exposure rate will affect the measurement results of image recognition technology.In this study,wire and cable insulation thickness detector of model WIT-1 and desktop projector of model 23JB were used to measure the insulation thickness of red BV2.5 and BYJ2.5 wires.And the WIT-1 exposure rate was set at 1~100.The results showed that:①The exposure rate of WIT-1 affected the recognition of the color of the samples.The results were accurate when the exposure rate was in the range of 2~20;②The higher the exposure rate,the smaller the insulation thickness measured by WIT-1;③When the exposure rate was 8,the dispersion degree of BV2.5 was the minimum.And when the exposure rate was 10,the dispersion degree of BYJ2.5 was the smallest.Therefore,the best exposure rate of BV2.5 and BYJ2.5 are recommended to be 8 and 10 respectively in the measurement of wire insulation thickness based on WIT-1 detector.
