摘 要:[目的]通过观察盐胁迫对水稻OsSPL10突变形成的苗期耐盐突变体sst种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探究突变体sst在芽期是否具有耐盐优势,以期为水稻耐盐育种提供依据。[方法]对籼稻品种R401的野生型和突变体sst进行盐胁迫下的发芽试验,统计发芽势和发芽率,并比较种子萌发后芽苗期的生长状况(根长、根数、地上部长和苗鲜重)。[结果]OsSPL10突变降低了非胁迫条件下水稻种子的发芽势和发芽率,增强了芽苗期水稻侧根对盐胁迫的敏感度。盐胁迫对野生型与突变体的各项指标均有抑制作用,且突变体sst在生长初期比野生型对盐胁迫更敏感,突变体耐盐性随着生长发育逐渐提高。[结论]水稻苗期耐盐突变体sst的苗期耐盐性与芽期没有相关性,在水稻耐盐性分子机理研究和耐盐育种实践中应加以区别。[Purpose]This study was to assess the advantage of OsSPL10 rice mutant sst in response to salt stress at the budding stage,to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of salt-tolerant variety.[Method]The germination potential and germination rate of wild-type R401 and mutant sst were evaluated and compared under salt stress by germination test.Growth performance(root length,root number,shoot length and fresh weight)of the seedlings after germination were also analyzed.[Result]The mutation of OsSPL10 resulted in lower seed germination potential and germination rate under non-stress condition,and enhanced the sensitivity of lateral root growth and development to salt stress at the budding and seedling stage.All indexes of the wild-type and mutant were inhibited under salt stress;sst mutant was more sensitive to salt stress than the wild-type at the budding stage,but its salt tolerance increased gradually with the development of seedlings.[Conclusion]The salt tolerance of OsSPL10 mutant sst at the seedling stage was not correlated with that at the budding stage.Distinctions should be made in the study concerning molecular mechanism underlying salt tolerance and breeding of salt tolerance variety in rice.
